New Season Approaches!

Aspen closing day. The time of year that is sad and happy at the same time. Another year, and another season has passed. Every year, Aspen puts on a partay for this anxious day…and boy do we have fun. Dylan Regan did awesome DJing for us out at the Sundeck restaurant, and JR looked hot in my Tipsy Elves 80’s onesie. All us girls danced together: Carly B, Alexandra George, @landensaks, and Erica Robbie, and it was a blast, with the hottest bartender, Margot Moselle, who poured the best drinks! Thank you Aspen for another amazing season!

I’m looking forward to a season of hiking and exploring with my lovies: Chanel and JR. If you’re ever in Aspen, you have to check out the Rio Grande Trail around the Roaring Fork Valley. It’s 42 miles of great memories to be made. You could hitch a ride up Aspen mountain with the Silver Queen Gondola if you so please. Another thing Aspen offers are their jazz/festivals. We not only have the skiing and hiking, we have the scenery and music! People come from all over to hear the music. If you are artsy or musical, come on for a visit! I’d love to answer any questions you may have about Aspen! There’s a music festival and school from June to August. Belly Up is another festival that big musical stars will come to sing at. Sometimes, that’s what an organization needs to help it grow! When I say people come from all over, I mean all over. I knew someone traveling from Scotland once, just to see what was going on here.

You have to know I’m going to tell you where to eat! Element 47 is a good place and well-known. It’s been said about this restaurant Open on Saturdays from 8:30am – 3pm the market offers Colorado grown fruits, vegetables, breads, meats, jams and more as well as a food court for lunch or a snack.

“Enjoy live music while you peruse the local jewelry, ceramics and art for sale. After Labor Day the Saturday Market hours change to 9am – 3pm, that you wine, dine, and practice. It’s the end all be all place.”

You can’t miss the Aspen Saturday Market, either!  This market is dog-friendly. Let’s all bring our furry angels with us and give them the freedom that you have to mingle and walk around.

I wanted to give you a little bit out of a lot to start out your vacay here in Aspen or closing day in the Snowmass area! What are your thoughts?
