Self Care

Order Alprazolam Online Cod I interrupt your weekly blog reads with a self-reflection. Ladies, mothers, sisters, friends, however busy you get or think you get, you are never too busy to take care of yourself. It isn’t about making more time, it’s about prioritizing your “to do” list the right way.

How many times do we say, “I don’t have time for that,” or, “I’m fine, I don’t need to do that for myself?” One too many times. We are experts at putting ourselves last in our families. Don’t let your work, whether it be in your home, or in your workplace, take the place of your sanity. I’ve talked before about mental health before. Mentally healthy involves taking the time for yourself. Without that special time for yourself, stress and/or depression can take over. It doesn’t have to be that dramatic, but for some people, it is. Why take that chance? Depression can start real small and little by little begin to take over. One thought enters your mind and then another. Soon, you’re wondering why you feel the way that you do. Taking care of yourself is something I firmly believe in.

Some ways to care for yourself:
  1. I’ve spoken on yoga and the importance of it mentally. It reigns you back in spiritually and emotionally.
  2. Cater to yourself by going to a Order Xanax Online Review spa, mani/pedi, or massage. In Aspen, I’m a fan of Ajax Salon and Spa. It’s the place of many things: hair, nails, massage, and laser removal.
  3. Xanax Generic Online Eat healthy. If you aren’t sure about how to do that, there’s Pinterest OR there are eMeals you can order from: Sun Basket, Blue Apron, Hello Fresh, etc.
  4. Give your body some exercise. There are too many studies that talk about how effective exercise is for your sleep, your brain function, and just about every system in your body. Remember, it’s not just about losing weight. Exercise is good for your body, period. I personally enjoy hiking and cycling. Is there anything that stands out to you in your exercise routine?
  5. Get involved. Whether that be at a church, going to events, or hanging out with some of your best girlfriends, be surrounded by community. When you have a community, those are the people who will be with you in the harder times. They give you an opportunity to enjoy the good times with others.
